Artist Note

One of my favorite movies of all time is Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away. I’ll always remember the grand reveal of the Bathhouse—how magical and mysterious it felt. I used to imagine getting lost within its walls and finding myself in all kinds of adventures.

With this piece, I wanted to recreate that feeling so others can imagine themselves in the same wondrous world I did as a child!
